Delicious Recipes to Make Sate conch typical Surabaya





             most people probably still strange with satay snail that has not heard in society. but if you go to Surabaya then you will find satay conch, conch delicious  besides it is also useful for the treatment of cancer and hepatitis, than as a side dish. how to cook is very easy, here I will share a recipe how to make satay snail.


  Material :

• 500 grams of meat snails without shells
• 150 ml sweet soy sauce
• 2 lime
• 20 fruit skewer

Ground spices :


• 250 grams peanuts, fried
• 4 cloves garlic
• onion 5 eggs
• 2 pieces of red pepper
• 500 ml water
• salt to taste
• soy sauce 100 ml



How to make :
1. Meat snails skewer with a skewer and did until exhausted, set aside.
2. Blend all ingredients except soy peanut sauce, lime leaves, and water until soft, then mixed with soy sauce and water, oily and cook until cooked, lift.
3. Sprinkle skewers snails  with soy sauce added a little spice nut until flat surface.
4. Grill skewers until cooked while inverted and covered the rest of the seasoning sauce, remove from heat.
5. Serve skewers snails  with peanut sauce, lime, and rice cake.
