How To Make Sop Buntut

I will share a recipe on how to make oxtail soup:
Material :

1. 1 kg oxtail, cut to taste
2. 2000 milliliters of water
3. 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
4. 3 potatoes, cut into small / dice
5. 4 carrots, peeled, cut into ½ centimeter

Oxtail soup seasoning:

a. 1 teaspoon ground pepper
b. 1 whole nutmeg, crushed
c. 6 cloves garlic, crushed
d. 5 pieces of cloves
e. sugar, to taste
f. salt to taste
g. 1 red tomatoes, chopped (coarse)
h. 2 centimeters cinnamon
i. Beef flavor seasonings

Supplementary material :

1. fried onions for topping
2. 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
3. 2 leeks, thinly sliced (better use white part only
Lime sauce crackers



How to Make Beef Oxtail:

1. Wash cows, boiled in water menidih ± 10-15 minutes, discard the water.
2. Prepare the other pot with boiling water and then enter the tail, put cinnamon and cloves.
